Residential Move out and Commencement Parking Information

There will be no permits needed to park on the University of Toledo campus from Saturday, April 30, through Sunday, May 8, due to campus move out and commencement.

Exceptions include:  reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking areas.

Parking areas 5 and 6 are recommended for graduating students.

Regular permit enforcement resumes on Monday, May 9.

If you need to purchase a parking permit for the 2022 summer semester, please visit your parking portal. Short-term parking permits (hourly, daily & monthly) are also available on the parking portal or through the ParkMobile app.

Parking Area Closures During Marathon Weekend

Various parking areas on the main campus will be affected this weekend as the University of Toledo hosts the 45th Mercy Health Glass City Marathon.

Area 10 will be closed starting at 8PM on Thursday, April 21, through Sunday, April 24.
On Saturday, April 23, area 12W will be partially closed. Areas 12, 12S and 12W will be closed all day on Sunday, April 24.

There will be no permits required to park in areas 1N, 1S, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 from 3PM on
Friday, April 22, to 7AM Monday, April 25. On Sunday, April 24, there will be no permit requirements on campus. Metered, Reserved, Disabled and Patient Spaces Enforced as Usual.

Please be sure to take a look at the marathon road closures, as it will be difficult to leave campus once race officials close down roads surrounding the main campus.

  • Area 1N/1S/2/3/4/5/6 – No Permit Required 7AM-6PM

Sunday, April 24

  • Areas 10/12/12S/12W – Closed
  • No Permits Required to Park on Campus
