Parking Updates for 2024-25 School Year

Faculty/staff permits for the 2024-25 school year will be available for purchase starting Friday, July 19, 2024. “A” annual permits are $313 for the 2024-25 school year, with “A” semester permits available for $105 (processing fees not included). For those enrolled in payroll deduction for an annual permit, no action is needed.University of Toledo employees enrolled in payroll deduction for annual “A, G & E” permits will see an increase on their pay statements starting August 9, 2024. For 12-month employees, the pre-tax deduction amounts to just over $12 per paycheck. This pre-tax payroll deduction remains the most cost-effective option

Area 12 Construction Shifting to Phase Two and Other Closures

ParkUToledo’s construction project in Area 12, 12S & 12W (the parking lots surrounding the UToledo College of Law) will shift to phase two this weekend. Vehicles must be moved out of phase 2 (see image below), by 5pm on Saturday, June 1, 2024. During construction, employees, students and guests are encouraged to park as their permits allow in Areas 13, 25 and 26. Area 6 (the surface lot west of Paul Hotmer Field, north of the Health Education Center) will close starting at 8pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024 for a complete renovation. ParkUToledo is thrilled to announce enhancements to our virtual permitting software! Since 2019, The University of Toledo has utilized NuPark as its virtual permitting software for parking services. Come May 2024, ParkUToledo will transition all customers to vPermit, powered by Smarter City Solutions. ParkUToledo’s new vPermit software is set to debut on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Move Out and Commencement Parking Information

Parking permits will not be enforced from Saturday, April 27, through Sunday, May 5, 2024, for campus move out and spring commencement. Exceptions include: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas which are enforced 24/7. Parking areas 5 and 6 are recommended for graduating students.
