This fall, The University of Toledo football team is scheduled to host six home football games at the Glass Bowl. Permit holders will be affected on game days, please refer to the information below and be sure to move all vehicles from the listed parking areas by the designated times.
On football gamedays, permit holders may park in areas outside of their permit designation (example: “D” permit holders may park in “A”/“C”/“K” Areas). EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas – which are enforced 24/7.
Parking Areas Utilized by UToledo Athletics on Game Days
- Area 3
- On game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 3 by 12pm for evening kick-offs (6pm or later), vehicles must be moved by 6am for early afternoon kick-offs.
- Area 4
- On game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 4 by 12pm for evening kick-offs (6pm or later), vehicles must be moved by 6am for early afternoon kick-offs.
- Area 5
- On game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 5 by 12pm for evening kick-offs (6pm or later), vehicles must be moved by 6am for early afternoon kick-offs.
- Area 6
- All vehicles must be moved out of Area 6 by 6am on game days. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm the day before each game.
- Area 8
- All vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am on game days.
- Area 9
- All vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am on game days. Vehicles not moved by 3am will be towed.
- Area 10
- All vehicles must be moved out of Area 10 by 6am on Saturday game days, four hours prior to kick-off on weekday games.
- Area 18
- Seven hours prior to kick-off Area 18 shifts to disabled parking – all other vehicles must be moved out of the parking lot.
- Area 28
- Four hours prior to kick-off Area 28 shifts to pass only parking – all other vehicles must be moved out of the parking lot.
The University of Toledo works with ABCO (419-536-6123) & Throne’s (419-473-3051) to tow vehicles from specified parking areas on game days.

Students and Staff affected by parking area closures on game days are encouraged to park in other available lots. Permits are NOT enforced on football game days. EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas – which are enforced 24/7. Permit enforcement resumes the morning after each home game (9am on weekends and 7am on weekdays).
Residential students (“D” Permits) that typically park in Areas 8 or 9 are encouraged to move their vehicles to Areas 25, 25S and 27B. “C” & “K” Permit holders are encouraged to park in Areas 2, 19, 20, 25 and 27C.

Saturday, 9/9 – vs. Texas Southern (Family Weekend), 3:30pm
- Areas 3, 4 & 5
- Vehicles must be moved by 6am.
- Areas 6,10
- Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Fri. 9/8.
- Area 8
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am.
- Area 9
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.
- Area 18 (seven hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 by 8:30am as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.
- Area 28 (four hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 28 by 11:30am as Area 28 shifts to pass only parking.
- Regular permit enforcement resumes at 9am on Sunday, 9/10.
Saturday, 9/16 – vs. San Jose State, 7pm
- Areas 3, 4 & 5
- Vehicles must be moved by 12pm.
- Areas 6,10
- Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Fri. 9/15.
- Area 8
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am.
- Area 9
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.
- Area 18 (seven hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 by 12pm as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.

Saturday, 9/23 – vs. Western Michigan, TBA
- Areas 3, 4 & 5
- Vehicles must be moved by 6am if kick-off is before 6pm, vehicles must be moved by 12pm if evening kick-off.

- Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Fri. 9/22.
- Area 8
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am.
- Area 9
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.
- Area 18 (seven hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 seven hours before kick-off as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.
- Area 28 (four hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 28 four hours before kick-off as Area 28 shifts to pass only parking.

Saturday, 9/30 – vs. Northern Illinois (Homecoming), 3:30pm
- Areas 3, 4 & 5
- Vehicles must be moved by 6am.

- Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Fri. 9/29.
- Area 8
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am.
- Area 9
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.
- Area 13
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 13 by 6pm on Fri. 9/29
- Area 18 (seven hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 by 8:30am as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.
- Area 28 (four hours prior to kick-off)
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 28 by 11:30am as Area 28 shifts to pass only parking.

Tuesday, 10/31 – vs. Buffalo, 7:30pm
- Areas 3, 4 & 5
- Areas 3, 4 & 5 close at 12pm, all vehicles must be moved out of the areas by 3pm.

- Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Mon. 10/30.
- Areas 10
- Area 10 closes at 12pm, all vehicles must be moved out of the area by 3pm.
- Area 8
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am.
- Area 9
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.
- Area 18
- Area 18 closes at 3pm as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.
- Area 28
- Area 28 closes at 3pm as Area 28 shifts to football pass only parking.
- Regular permit enforcement resumes at 7am on Wednesday, 11/1.
Wednesday, 11/8 – vs. Eastern Michigan, TBA
- Areas 3, 4 & 5
- Areas 3, 4 & 5 close at 12pm, all vehicles must be moved out of the areas by 3pm.
- Areas 6
- Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Tues. 11/7.
- Area 10
- Area 10 closes at 12pm, all vehicles must be moved out of the area by 3pm.
- Area 8
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 3am.
- Area 9
- Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.
- Area 18
- Area 18 closes at 3pm as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.
- Area 28
- Area 28 closes at 3pm as Area 28 shifts to football pass only parking.
- Regular permit enforcement resumes at 7am on Thursday, 11/9.

If you are a UToledo student or employee with a permit who plans to park in a patient only area, please submit a Parking in Reserved Patient Area Form.
Unless explicitly stated in the article above, please remember all vehicles on campus must be registered with a permit purchased online in advance or by utilizing the ParkMobile App or a parking meter when visiting campus.
Updated parking policies and procedures do have parking permits enforced between semesters, during academic breaks and on weekends.
Permit Enforcement Hours:
- Monday through Friday 7AM-10PM
- Saturday & Sunday 9AM-5PM
On weekdays from 5PM-7AM and on Saturdays & Sundays, active permits may park in areas designated for other permits. Exceptions include: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas – which are enforced 24/7.
